This cheese is produced by mixing fresh curd, olive oil, black pepper, basil leaves, red pepper flakes, cloves, zahter (a type of thyme), allspice, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, garlic, and hot/sweet pepper paste. Sürk cheese adds both color and flavor to our tables and provides many benefits to the body due to its high nutritional value. Since Sürk cheese has a strong aroma, it is recommended to consume it in salads or by drizzling olive oil over it when served with cheese.
