Tulum cheese from İzmir is produced by combining cow, goat, and sheep milk obtained from the regions in the northern and western parts of Mount Ida. It is among the most delicious cheeses in our country; it crumbles in the mouth and has a semi-hard texture. İzmir tulum cheese is prepared with first-class natural rennet. After being matured for at least 6 months, it is packaged.
